Last month of 2017

So the last month of the year has arrived and I can’t help but to reflect back on the past year. The growth, the challenges, the great times, all just flow through my mind. This year has zoomed past! Despite my fascination of how rapid the year has gone, the main thing I’m grateful for in 2017, is growth. Growth in my academics, me as a person and my relationship with God.

I believe that it does not matter how big or small, as long as there is progress and you’re moving forward, then that’s all that matters. It’s important to not be stagnant, so you can say that where you are now is a better place than where you were previously. Moving Forward.

When I look back at some of the challenges I faced and see how they have been overcome and have little to nothing significance in my life now, I thank God because I know that whatever challenges may lie ahead, I can trust in the fact that God will pull me through them.

Another thing I’m also really grateful for, is laughter. Laughter with people that I’ve had the privilege of forming newly bonds with and laughter with my most treasured, old relationships.

I thank God for using me for His glory and surrounding me with his never-ending and unfailing love. I’m grateful for a great year.
